Bio Ultra-B Complex Activated is Henry Blooms' Ultra Activated B Complex, a one a day tablet carrying the whole B group with vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate and vitamin B12 as mecobalamin, the forms the body uses without having to convert them first. Vitamin C, inositol and choline sit alongside them. It is for adults supporting energy production and nervous system function, relieving tiredness and fatigue, and supporting a healthy stress response in the body.
