BioPractica ImmunoSHIELD is a practitioner-only hard capsule that puts an Echinacea purpurea root extract and an olive leaf extract standardised for oleuropein alongside a Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall extract, 250 mg of vitamin C and 10 mg of zinc. Adults take one capsule a day with food to maintain healthy immune system function and as an antioxidant; the echinacea in it is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve the symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections and of the common cold.
