BioPractica CurcuZOOM is a practitioner-only turmeric capsule made with HydroCurc® curcumin, 396 mg a capsule, equivalent to 376 mg of curcuminoids. It is taken three times a day with food, and a bottle of 60 capsules lasts 20 days at the labelled dose. Adults take it for the relief of mild joint aches, pains and inflammation associated with mild arthritis.

Suggested Use
Adults only: take 1 capsule three times daily with water, along with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warnings
In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
