Henry Blooms OsteoBlast is a film coated tablet built on 500 mg of elemental calcium, drawn from both calcium carbonate and hydroxyapatite, with nine further bone and muscle co-factors around it: vitamin D3, vitamin K1, vitamin K2 as menaquinone 7, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, boron and silicon. Adults take it twice a day after meals to aid healthy bone development, support bone mineralisation and maintain bone mass and density, and to support muscle strength, collagen formation and healthy teeth.
