Best of the Bone Multi-Collagen Protein Powder with Organic Mushrooms is a fine powder of hydrolysed bovine bone and hide collagen peptides blended with certified organic lion's mane, shiitake and reishi mushrooms. The collagen is Type I and Type III, from 100% grass-fed and finished cattle, and a 15 g serve carries 14 g of hydrolysed collagen and 13.4 g of protein with no fat and no sugar. Add a heaped tablespoon to hot or cold drinks, or stir it through soups, sauces and baking, to lift the protein of a meal you are already making.
