Basica Mineral Essentials is a practitioner-only multi-mineral oral powder in a 300 g tub, 30 doses to the pack. Each 10 g dose stirs into a glass of water and carries 400 mg of elemental calcium, 262 mg of elemental magnesium, potassium, sodium, zinc, selenium, chromium and molybdenum as citrates, carbonates and a lactate, with vitamin C and vitamin B2, in a light citrus flavour. It is taken once or twice daily on a practitioner's direction as a mineral drink for adults whose dietary intake of these minerals may be inadequate.

Suggested Use
Mix 10 g, one tablespoon, into a glass of water, 200 mL. Take once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warnings
This medicine contains Selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare practitioner.
Storage
Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
