Wanderlust Barberry + Sugar Cravings is a cold-pressed liquid herbal blend of Berberis vulgaris root bark and Gymnema sylvestre leaf, taken by measured dropper and complemented with natural peppermint oil. It is Australian made, vegan friendly and made without added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy or egg, and it carries the bitter taste typical of these herbals. Barberry is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to assist digestion and the breakdown of dietary fat, and the blend is taken twice daily before meals.
