Australian Natural Care Hair Skin & Nails Complex is a film coated tablet built on hydrolysed collagen at 833.34 mg a tablet, with vitamin C, beta-carotene, vitamin E, biotin, zinc and iodine all in one. Two botanicals round it out: Kakadu plum (Terminalia ferdinandiana), an Australian native fruit, and wakame (Undaria pinnatifida), a seaweed. Adults take three tablets daily with food, alongside a balanced diet rather than in place of one, so it slots easily into mealtimes.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults; anyone avoiding added dairy, lactose or gluten.
Not suitable for: Anyone with a crustacean allergy, anyone sensitive to sulfites, and anyone who must avoid galactose or phenylalanine, all of which it contains.
