PranaOn Amino L-Glutamine is a pure, unflavoured L-glutamine powder sourced through fermentation. L-glutamine is a naturally occurring amino acid stored in the muscles and used by the body during exercise. Intended to be consumed on its own or stacked with the PranaOn Workout range, it dissolves easily into any beverage.
