Description
Supporting energy, skin, immunity, and bones, Amazonia Raw Real Food Nutrients Organic Multivitamin is a whole food-derived powder designed for those who want their daily nutrients to come from real, recognisable sources. Essential vitamins and minerals — including B vitamins, Vitamin C, D, zinc, selenium, magnesium, calcium, and silica — are sourced from organic whole foods such as acerola berries, shiitake mushrooms, guava fruit, kelp, and sea minerals, rather than synthetic isolates. The formula retains natural co-factors, enzymes, and phytonutrients found within whole food matrices, which may help support better absorption and bioavailability. Free from synthetic vitamins, artificial additives, and binders, it is naturally flavoured with pineapple and is 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly.

Multivitamin
Hardly anyone eats a perfect diet every day, and a multivitamin's there to cover what you miss.
It's insurance, not treatment. In a trial in healthy over-55s, 12 weeks of a daily multi lifted blood vitamin C and zinc. It changed nothing measurable about their immune function. Match the formula to your actual gap, not to the biggest numbers on the label.

Is Multivitamin right for you?
How the forms compare
Common questions
Do multivitamins actually do anything?
They raise your levels of the nutrients in them. A trial in healthy over-55s showed exactly that for vitamin C and zinc. What they don't do is act on outcomes when nothing's missing. Pooled data on 91,074 people found no effect on how long people lived, and the US Preventive Services Task Force says the evidence is insufficient either way for heart disease or cancer. Insurance, not treatment.
What's the deal with the memory research?
It's real and it's worth knowing about. Across three randomised substudies in 5,203 adults over 60, a daily supermarket-grade multivitamin beat placebo on global cognition and episodic memory. Two things to hold alongside it: the effect is small (0.07 SD), and all of it comes from one trial programme rather than three independent teams. That's not nothing, and it's not settled.
Is a gummy as good as a tablet?
For the nutrients anyone has tested, the format holds up. A vitamin C gummy matched a caplet in the blood, and a vitamin D3 gummy actually beat the tablet. But no full gummy multivitamin has been trialled, and gummies usually leave iron out and cut minerals back for taste. A gummy you take beats a tablet you don't.
Can I take one while pregnant?
A prenatal formula, yes. That's what they're built for, and folic acid before and during early pregnancy has the strongest evidence in this whole family. A general multivitamin is a different question, because of the vitamin A. Schedule 1 mandates a birth defect warning on vitamin A, so check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking any vitamin A supplement in pregnancy.
Is high potency better?
No, and the evidence points the other way. The safety review that covers long-term daily use was done at up to 100% RDA per nutrient. Several constituents have hard ceilings, B6, selenium, vitamin A, zinc, and they add up across products. Buy at RDI level, take it consistently, and put the extra money into food.
