Suggested Use
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for around 10 minutes and replenish as required, or add 2-3 drops to your pillow and sheets before sleep. For massage, blend 10 drops into 1 tsp of carrier oil or cream and massage into the stomach and back. For external aromatherapy use only.

suggested dose
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Add 2-3 drops to your pillow and sheets before sleep.
Add 10 drops to 1 tsp Untouched Body Oil/Cream and massage lovingly into stomach and back.
Mood stabiliser - PMT:
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Add 2-3 drops to your pillow and sheets before sleep.
Add 10 drops to 1tsp Untouched Body Oil/Cream and massage lovingly into stomach and back.
Menopause:
Add 5 drops to a hot wet cloth, place over small of back. Leave as long as possible while resting.
Add 5 drops to a hot dry cloth, place over small of back, support with a hot water bottle. Leave as long as possible while resting.
Add 10 drops to a bath once a week. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
