Suggested Use
Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser. Alternatively add 5-10 drops to ½ cup of milk and stir into running bath water, or apply 1 drop to pulse points and repeat as required. For external aromatherapy use only.

1. Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser.
2. Add 5-10 drops to ½ cup of (any) milk and add to running bath water.
3. Add 1 drop to pulse points. Repeat as required.
