Description
Absolute Essential Sleep Easy is a blend of six essential oils in a 10 mL bottle: Lavender Sweet, Orange Sweet, Lavender True, Mandarin, Eucalyptus Blue Gum and Chamomile Roman. The aroma is soft and sweet, citrus over lavender, with the apple like note of Roman chamomile and a thread of eucalyptus behind it. Use it in a diffuser or vaporiser, or dilute it into a carrier oil before it goes on the skin.

Store the bottle upright with the cap closed, in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Light and warmth shorten the life of a plant oil.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. Stop using it if skin irritation or sensitivity develops.
Established aromatherapy safety guidance for oils rich in 1,8-cineole is not to apply them to or near the face of infants or children under ten years of age. Eucalyptus Blue Gum is the highest cineole of the common eucalypts and it is a component of this blend.
Absolute Essential's own guidance for citrus oils is that they are slightly photo-toxic, so sunlight should be avoided after application to the skin. This blend contains Orange Sweet and Mandarin.

1. Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser for 20 minutes. Replenish as required.
2. Put 3 drops on pillow or collar of pyjamas.
3. Add 5 drops to 1 tsp of Untouched Body Oil/Cream and rub gently on stomach and back.
Relaxation - sweet dreams:
1. Mix 3-5 drops into 1/4 cup milk and add to baby bath (1 year up).
2. Mix 5-10 drops into 1/2 cup of milk and add to regular sized bath for children from age 2.
3. Beneficial for the whole family.
4. Add 5 drops to 1 tsp of Untouched Body Oil/Cream and rub gently on stomach and back.
