1. Add 1 drop direct to your Solar Plexus, repeat up to 6 times a day.
2. Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser. Especially good overnight.
3. Smudge 2 drops onto pulse points when the first sensations of nausea arise.
4. Apply 3 drops to your clothes as required.

1. Add 1-3 drops to a spray bottle and spritz into your surroundings or into the car as needed.
