How to Use
Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser, or add a few drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam. For external aromatic use only. Always follow the directions on the pack.

Ingredients by volume:
Eucalyptus Australia*, Lavender Spike*, Peppermint*, Pine Scotch*, Mint Wild*, Tea Tree*, Kanuka* (*Certified organic)
suggested dose
Add 3-6 drops in steam inhalation or to tissue. Breathe deeply.
Add 6-10 drops to a diffuser.
Put 1 drop onto fingertips and apply to the base of the nose.
Smudge 1-2 drops onto wrists and back of the neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage).
Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub onto the chest. Repeat as often as required.
