Ingredients

100% pure Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage), distilled from flowers and leaves, sourced from Ukraine. Key components: Linalyl acetate, Linalool, Geranyl acetate, alpha-Terpineol, Germacrene-D, beta-Caryophyllene, Sclareol.

Directions for Use

Hormone balance / menopause: Add 5 drops to ½ cup fatty milk (nut, bean, grain, or dairy) and add to a bath (not exceeding 15 minutes); or add 5 drops to a hot compress and apply to the lower back every other night. Menstrual support: Add 5 drops to a bath or diffuser every other night for at least one full cycle (therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes). Stress relief: Add 5 drops to a diffuser to refresh the atmosphere; or add 1 drop to 2 tsp carrier oil and use for massage. Skin tonic: Apply 1–2 drops to a warm facial compress, or add 5 drops to 20g of a suitable face cream and apply to skin.
