Made from fresh a2 Milk® — sourced from cows DNA-tested to naturally produce only A2-type beta-casein protein and no A1 protein — this instant milk powder is high in calcium, providing 293mg (36% RDI) per 250mL serving. Conveniently packaged in a resealable 1kg pouch, it reconstitutes easily into 7 litres of full cream milk and is equally suited to cooking, baking, and hot drinks.
