An experience with iron deficiency that was dismissed by a doctor sparked my curiosity about the root causes of health conditions and how we can address them, rather than simply relying on band-aid solutions and quick fixes. Over the years of studying and working at Mr Vitamins, that curiosity has grown into a genuine passion for holistic health.

In August 2026, I graduated with my second degree, this time with a clinical focus, further deepening my understanding of how we can support health from the inside out. What I love most is helping people optimise the healthy habits they already have, rather than completely changing their lives or adding unnecessary stress. To me, holistic health is less about restriction and more about asking: “What can I add?”. Small, sustainable additions can make a meaningful difference and health should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
