As a Customer Support Advisor at Mr Vitamins, I help customers navigate our range of vitamins, supplements and natural health products, understanding what's in a formula to knowing how and when to take it for best results.

Much of my day is spent answering the practical questions people don't always think to ask: which form of magnesium suits them, whether a probiotic should be taken with food, how long collagen takes to work, or what to pair with a supplement to get more from it. I help customers find products that support gut health, immunity, energy, and healthy skin, hair and nails, and I connect them with our qualified naturopaths and nutritionists whenever a question calls for clinical advice.

My aim is to make sure every customer leaves with the right product for them, understanding why it's right, so they can make informed, confident choices about their health
