My journey into naturopathy began in Japan, where I started my career in the health industry in 2017 and developed a strong interest in the connection between nutrition, lifestyle and wellbeing. Wanting to understand health from a more holistic perspective and explore different approaches to wellbeing, I moved to Australia to study naturopathy. Now, as a qualified naturopath, I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies and make realistic, sustainable changes to support their overall health.
