Cina is a qualified Naturopath with over two years of experience in naturopathy and health and wellness. Originally from Japan, she has a genuine passion for nutrition and believes that good health starts with the everyday choices we make, particularly the food we eat.
Warm and approachable, Cina enjoys taking the time to listen to customers and understand what matters to them. She is passionate about making health and nutrition feel practical and achievable, and helping customers find simple ways to support their wellbeing.
Cina has a particular interest in women’s health, stress and anxiety support, and the connection between nutrition and overall health.
