Braydn Cook

Braydn is a passionate and energetic member of our Customer Support Team, currently in his third year of a Bachelor of Nutrition, with a goal of becoming a sports dietitian. He’s especially enthusiastic about sports nutrition, performance, and men’s health, and loves helping others set and achieve their health and fitness goals - whether it’s weight loss, strength, or cardiovascular wellbeing.

A dedicated gym-goer and sports lover, Braydn enjoys basketball, motorcycle riding, CrossFit, and running. He lives and breathes what he studies, applying sports nutrition to his own lifestyle and sharing what works with others.
