Suggested Use
Adults: take 2 tablets daily to relieve inflammation and support healthy circulation, or 3 tablets daily to relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. A minimum of 3 months use is recommended for osteoarthritis support.
