Description
PranaOn Phyto Shred is a plant based flavoured powder that comes as a 260 g tub of 57 serves, in Passionfruit Punch and Peach Iced Tea. A 4.5 g serve goes into 300 mL of chilled water and carries 1.6 g of acetyl L-carnitine, 400 mg of tyrosine and chromium, alongside guarana, green coffee bean, green tea, ashwagandha and grains of paradise. The caffeine in it comes from those botanicals. Drink it on waking or before a session, alongside a training programme and a nutritious diet.

Full list: acetyl-L-carnitine, acacia gum, L-tyrosine, guarana extract (guarana seed extract, maltodextrin), natural flavour, green coffee bean extract, green tea extract, sweetener (steviol glycosides, thaumatin), natural colours (beet red, paprika), naringin, ashwagandha extract, grains of paradise, mineral (chromium picolinate). The natural flavour and colours differ between Passionfruit Punch and Peach Iced Tea, so read the list on the tub you have.
Suggested Use
Mix one scoop, 4.5 g, into 300 mL of chilled water or your favourite beverage. Best on waking, or before exercise. Do not have it within a few hours of bedtime. Do not exceed two serves a day.
