Body Natural Deodorant Stick Urban

Woohoo Urban is a 60 g deodorant and anti-chafe stick in regular strength, with a pretty floral and vanilla scent from sweet orange, cedarwood, sage, palmarosa, lavender, rose and vanilla. It contains sodium bicarbonate (bicarbonate of soda) and shea butter. It is a deodorant rather than an antiperspirant, and it is certified cruelty free by Safe Cosmetics Australia and PETA.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For

Suitable for: Anyone who knows their skin is comfortable with deodorants containing bicarbonate of soda and wants a floral and vanilla scent.

Not suitable for: Anyone sensitive to sodium bicarbonate (bicarbonate of soda), which this deodorant contains; anyone with sensitive skin, or new to bicarbonate deodorants, who has not first tried it on a small patch of skin; anyone with an allergy to any ingredient in the full list printed on the stick in hand; anyone sensitive to sage, citrus peel, lavender, palmarosa, rose or cedarwood oils, or to shea butter; young children, so keep it out of their reach; broken or irritated skin; and the eyes.

Ingredients

The ingredients in this stick include caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetearyl alcohol, tapioca starch, sodium bicarbonate, shea butter, triethyl citrate, zinc oxide, vitamin E (tocopherol), and sage, sweet orange, cedarwood, lavender, palmarosa, rose and vanilla.

Woohoo changed the Urban formula in June 2026, and the ingredient list and the declared fragrance allergens changed with it. The full list printed on the stick in hand is the one to check.

Suggested Use

Remove the lid and push up gently from the bottom of the tube to expose a small amount of deodorant. Apply sparingly to your underarms and to other areas prone to chafing.

Contains sodium bicarbonate (bicarbonate of soda). If you have not used a deodorant containing bicarbonate of soda before, or your skin is sensitive, try it on a small patch of skin first and wait a day before using it more widely.

Also contains shea butter.

The fragrance allergens differ between the current formula and sticks made before June 2026, so check the list on the stick in hand.

Suggested dose

Remove lid and push up gently from bottom of tube to expose 1-2mm of deodorant. Apply to your underarm & other sweaty or chafe-prone areas.

If I’m stuck roll me back & forth on a flat surface, pressing firmly to loosen, then push up from the bottom of tube, applying pressure at the edge rather than the center. On a very cold day you might need to hold the deodorant to your skin for a moment to warm it slightly first.

Please remember that I’m perfectly imperfect - a small crack or hole is OK and won’t affect performance :)
