Tropeaka Authentic Chai Powder is a fragrant 200 g tin of spices ground together with jaggery, a traditional unrefined cane sugar, so the sweetness is already in the blend. Star anise, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove and black pepper make up the rest. Stir a teaspoon into hot plant milk for a cosy evening chai, shake it over ice in the afternoon, or spoon it into a cake or biscuit mix.
