Description
Ultra Nature Sleep and Stress is a film coated tablet combining ashwagandha root extract equivalent to 3.75 g of dry root, Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed extract equivalent to 5 g dry, kava root and rhizome extract equivalent to 2.25 g dry, magnesium 50 mg and Californian poppy. Adults take it daily to help relieve sleeplessness and reduce the symptoms of stress. The pack holds 60 tablets.
Product Strengths
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract equivalent to 3.75 g of dry root, and Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed extract equivalent to 5 g of dry seed.
- Kava (Piper methysticum) root and rhizome extract equivalent to 2.25 g of dry herb.
- Magnesium 50 mg per tablet, from magnesium amino acid chelate, with Californian poppy extract equivalent to 1.2 g of dry herb top.
- Helps relieve sleeplessness and reduce the time taken to fall asleep.
- Relieve symptoms of stress and support healthy body stress recovery.
- Reduce symptoms of mild anxiety.
- 60 film coated tablets in the pack.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults taking a herbal sleep and stress tablet.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone avoiding kava, because each tablet contains a kava extract equivalent to 2.25 g of dry root and rhizome; anyone with a liver condition, or taking sedatives or other medicines, unless a health professional advises it; anyone drinking alcohol; and anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, and children, unless a health professional advises it.

This tablet contains kava (Piper methysticum).
Excipients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hypromellose, iron oxide red, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone.

Suggested Use
Adults: take as directed on the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
- Contains kava. Do not take it with alcohol or with medicines that cause drowsiness.
