Description
SuperFeast JING is a six herb Taoist tonic blend in a fine, water soluble extract powder, and this is the 1 kg bag. Cordyceps CS-4, eucommia bark, goji berry, cistanche stem, prepared rehmannia root and asparagus root are each made into a 10:1 extract powder, and those six extracts are the whole of the ingredient list. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve weariness, tiredness and fatigue and to help the body adapt to stress, it dissolves easily in warm water.
Adults mix 900 mg, about a third of a teaspoon, into 250 mL of warm water and drink it straight away, three times a day. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve tiredness and to help the body adapt to stress, the 1 kg bag is the size to buy once the powder is already a daily habit.
