Description
Owen Arnica 6C is a homoeopathic preparation of Arnica montana, the yellow flowered alpine plant of the daisy family known as mountain arnica or leopard's bane, made as pillules that dissolve under the tongue, 120 to the vial. As a single remedy rather than a combination, it is one of the vials people like to keep in a home prescribing kit or take on the advice of a homoeopath, chosen and repeated on homoeopathic principles.
Product Strengths
- A single remedy, made from one source material, so it is selected and repeated on homoeopathic principles rather than being fixed into a combination formula.
- 6C is a centesimal potency: the preparation is diluted one part in one hundred, six times over, with succussion at each step.
- Pillules dissolve under the tongue, so no water is needed and the vial travels easily.
- 120 pillules in the vial, enough for repeated doses.
- Prepared from Arnica montana, mountain arnica.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Home prescribing and use under the guidance of a homoeopath.
Not suitable for: Anyone who has been advised by a health professional to avoid a homoeopathic preparation, and anyone avoiding sugar; anyone with a milk allergy, until they have read the pillule base on the vial.

Suggested Use
Allow the pillules to dissolve under the tongue; they are absorbed in the mouth, so hold them there rather than swallowing them straight away. Unless doses are very frequent, take them half an hour before meals or between meals, and leave at least ten minutes either side of food or a drink. Do not touch the pillules with your hands: roll them into the lid of the vial and drop them under the tongue. Discard any pillule that is dropped rather than returning it to the vial. When taking more than one remedy, separate the doses by at least ten minutes. Read the number of pillules per dose and how often to repeat them from the pack, or take them as directed by your homoeopath.
Storage
Store away from direct light and heat, and away from strongly scented substances such as camphor. Keep the vial away from electrical appliances. Keep out of reach of children.
