Description
Collagen Salted Caramel White Hot Chocolate is a drinking chocolate powder from Nutra Organics built on a white chocolate base rather than cocoa, so it tastes creamy and buttery with a salted caramel edge instead of the darker note of a traditional hot chocolate. Organic brown rice milk makes up a quarter of the blend, with acacia fibre, lucuma, coconut MCT oil and two salts, and thaumatin does the sweetening in place of sugar. Each 10 g serve carries 3000 mg of collagen peptides, 83 mg of magnesium and 20 mg of vitamin C. Stir it into hot milk for an evening cup in place of a standard drinking chocolate, or into cold milk for an iced chocolate.

Suggested Use
Add 10 g, one heaped tablespoon, to 200 mL of hot milk of your choice and stir to combine. It can also be added to cold milk for an iced chocolate, or mixed into treats and baking.
