Description
Nature's Way Adult Vita Gummies Collagen Beauty Complex is a peach flavoured chewable pastille built around hydrolysed collagen, with vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc alongside it. Each pastille carries 1.25 g of hydrolysed collagen, so the two pastille daily serve brings 2500 mg. Collagen is a structural protein of skin and connective tissue, and vitamin C is the nutrient the body uses in forming its own collagen; this is a chewable way for adults to take the two together each day.
Product Strengths
- Vitamin C has a part in the body's own collagen formation.
- Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps reduce free radicals formed in the body.
- Zinc has a part in maintaining healthy skin.
- 2500 mg of hydrolysed collagen in the daily serve of two pastilles.
- Peach flavoured and chewable, sweetened with maltitol, sorbitol and sucralose.

| Each pastille (soft gummie) contains | Amount |

Collagen Beauty
What is beauty collagen?
Beauty collagen is hydrolysed collagen, stirred into a drink or pressed into a tablet. Skin hydration is the result that holds up best in trials, which suits skin that's drying with age.

Is Collagen Beauty right for you?
How the forms compare
Common questions
Does beauty collagen actually work for skin?
Pooled trial data say yes for skin hydration, with a large combined effect across 10 randomised trials in 646 people, and less strongly for elasticity. On the other side, a 2025 review of 23 trials found the effect disappeared once industry-funded and lower-quality studies were set aside. It's worth trying, but not proven.
How much collagen should you take, and how long before anything shows?
Trials used 1 to 10 grams a day, most often 4 grams, and ran for 8 to 24 weeks for skin results. A standard powder scoop sits in that range. Capsules and gummies often give under a gram, below anything tested. Nothing in the evidence supports a result within a few days.
Will collagen help your hair and nails?
This is where the evidence is weakest. The strongest hair trial found a 27.6 per cent rise in hair count that wasn't statistically significant, and only the assessors' impression of hair appearance was significant. Hair health and nail health are permitted wording on an Australian label, but we haven't found a nail-strength trial to support it.
