One flavour-free scoop gives you 17.5g of bioactive collagen peptides. That's four GELITA® peptides, each clinically studied for a different part of the body: skin, bones, joints, and tendons and ligaments. Most collagens give you 2.5 to 5g of a single peptide. This is the full set, at the studied doses.

Why 17.5g Matters

Studies of collagen across more than one body system used 15g or more a day. Most collagen powders sit at 2.5 to 5g, which suits a skin-only goal. Complete Body Collagen is dosed above that 15g mark, so you're not stacking separate products to cover skin, bones, joints, and tendons and ligaments.

What to Expect, and When

Collagen works gradually. Most people see results within 3 months of consistent daily use. Skin tends to respond first and joints follow. Tendons, ligaments and bones build with longer-term use.

How to Take It

Mix one scoop into water, a smoothie, coffee or food, once a day. It's flavour-free. Each 455g tub holds 26 serves.
