Lakewood Tart Cherry Juice Blend Organic is a rich, tangy cherry-forward juice that’s easy to love straight from the fridge — or mixed into smoothies and mocktails when you want something a bit more “special” than water. It’s made from certified organic fruit juices, blended for a balanced flavour: bold tart cherry up front, softened by naturally sweet fruit notes, with a gentle citrus lift.

This is a great pick for pantry shoppers who want a clean-label, no-fuss organic juice in a generous 946ml glass bottle. The flavour is deep and slightly mouth-watering (tart cherry does that), which makes it especially nice served chilled, poured over ice, or topped with sparkling water and a slice of orange or lemon.

Because it’s a blend, it’s also more versatile than a single-fruit juice. Use it as a smoothie base with banana and yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt), add to overnight oats for a fruity twist, or reduce gently on the stove to make a quick drizzle for pancakes, porridge, or dessert bowls. What is tart cherry?

Tart cherry is the sour cherry, sold as juice, concentrate or extract. Pour the juice straight, mix the concentrate with water so a bottle goes further, or choose the extract if you'd rather skip the drink.

The Australian rules

Tart cherry and Montmorency cherry have no entry on Australia's permitted ingredients list (Schedule 1, Determination No. 2 of 2026). Plain cherry has its own entry, item 1336, and cherry distillate is item 1337, but neither has been confirmed to cover tart cherry specifically. Wild cherry bark, items 5213 and 5214, is a different part of the plant with its own limits. Tart cherry juice and dried fruit are legally sold in Australia as foods, outside medicines law. Not having its own entry isn't a ban. No approved health claim applies.
