BioPractica RejuvaSLEEP Forte N is a practitioner-only sleep formula that pairs the Herbatonin® blend of Medicago sativa and Chlorella vulgaris extracts with jujube seed, passionflower, California poppy and lavender oil in one film coated tablet. It comes as a bottle of 30 tablets. Adults take it with water before bedtime for herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness and to calm the mind.

- Made with the Herbatonin® blend of Medicago sativa leaf and Chlorella vulgaris extracts.
- Jujube seed extract at 250 mg a tablet, equivalent to 5 g of dry seed, with passionflower at 90 mg, California poppy at 166.67 mg and lavender oil at 40 mg.
- Taken with water before bedtime, so it sits at the end of the day rather than in a morning routine.

Not suitable for: Children, unless a health professional advises it, and anyone with a known sensitivity to lavender, jujube, passionflower or California poppy.

Excipients: acacia, ascorbic acid, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hypromellose, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and pregelatinised rice starch.
Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 to 2 tablets daily with water before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
