Description
Simply Natural Oils Golden Seal Ointment is a rich herbal balm for skin that needs more than a cream can give. Golden seal is blended into a base of apricot kernel oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and beeswax, so it sets firm in the jar and melts on contact rather than pouring. Smooth a little over dry, rough or weather exposed skin on the hands, elbows, knees and heels whenever you want a heavier layer than a moisturiser leaves behind.

- Firm and occlusive, so it stays on the patch you put it on rather than spreading.

- Golden seal in a base of apricot kernel oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and beeswax.
- 80 g screw top jar.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Dry or rough skin on the hands, elbows, knees and heels.
Not suitable for: Use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and anyone allergic to apricot kernel, shea butter, cocoa or bee products.
If you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes or glaucoma, speak to your health professional before using a golden seal product. For external use only, keep it away from the eyes, and do not apply it to broken skin.
Ingredients
- Golden seal.
- Apricot kernel oil.
- Cocoa butter.
- Organic shea butter.
- Beeswax.
Suggested Use
Warm a small amount between the fingers and smooth it over clean, dry skin, working it in until it disappears. A little covers a lot, so start small and add more only if the skin still feels tight.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and keep the lid closed. The balm softens in warm weather and firms again as it cools.
Disclaimer
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and rinse with water if contact occurs. Patch test on a small area before first use if your skin is easily irritated, and stop using it if irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Allergens
Contains apricot kernel oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and beeswax. Shea butter is pressed from a tree nut and apricot kernel is a stone fruit kernel, so avoid it if you react to either. Beeswax makes it unsuitable for vegans. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
