Description
Nutritionist Choice Mushroom and Brown Rice Instant Noodles is a single serve 60g packet with a block of brown rice noodles and a separate mushroom soup sachet. The sachet layers mushroom extract and mushroom powder over brown rice powder, yeast extract, coriander and pepper, with kombu powder for depth. Kombu is a kelp, so the broth also brings the iodine that seaweed naturally carries. Boil the noodles, stir the sachet through and enjoy a quick, savoury bowl of mushroom noodle soup.

Suggested Use
- Boil the noodle block in water until just tender.
- Stir the soup sachet through, in the pan or in the bowl.
- Add anything you like on top: extra mushrooms, spring onion, greens or an egg.

Warnings

Take care with boiling water and drain the pan away from you.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once the packet is open, keep the noodles in an airtight container and use them by the date on the pack.
