Description
Protein Water Berry Bliss is a clear, berry bliss protein drink powder from Nutra Organics that mixes into plain water rather than milk. Its protein blend makes up 81% of the powder and pairs hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides with New Zealand grass fed whey protein isolate, with strawberry at 3% of the blend, plus cranberry, lime, raspberry, beetroot and sea buckthorn and thaumatin for sweetness. Shake a serve into a bottle of water after training, at work or through the afternoon to add protein to the day without the weight of a milky shake.

Protein Water
What is protein water?
Protein water is a light, clear, ready-to-drink protein, so there's nothing to mix and it's easy to throw in your gym bag. It's refreshing rather than thick like a shake.

Is Protein Water right for you?
Common questions
What's the difference between protein water and a protein shake?
Both contain protein, usually from whey. A shake is milky and thick, and you often mix it yourself from a powder. Protein water is clear and thin, with a low-fat water base, and it comes ready to drink. Choosing between them mostly comes down to texture and convenience. Check the label for how much protein is in each serve.
Is protein water regulated as a medicine in Australia?
Usually not. Protein water has no entry of its own in Australia's permitted ingredients list (Schedule 1), because it's a type of drink rather than a single ingredient. One that makes no health claim is usually sold as a food under the Food Standards Code. If it's labelled as a sports food, FSANZ sets what the label has to say.
