Fibre Boost Cold Pressed Protein Bar in Choc Strawberry is a 60 g bar built on whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate and a soluble prebiotic fibre made from corn, with almonds, cocoa and strawberries pressed through it rather than baked into it. It eats as a firm, chewy bar straight from the wrapper, and it slips into a bag or a desk drawer for the stretch between meals.
