Orthoplex White Creatine Clinical is a flavour free 500 g powder containing CreaUltra-Pro, an ultramicronised creatine monohydrate. The powder is a single ingredient with no excipients at all, and it comes with a level scoop that holds 5 g. Ultramicronised creatine has a finer particle size than standard creatine monohydrate, which is why it disperses readily in water rather than sitting on the surface. At one 5 g scoop a day the 500 g pouch holds 100 serves. Bio Concepts positions the ultramicronised creatine for maintaining muscle health and function during resistance training, including in post-menopausal women, and for cognitive support in vegetarians and vegans.

Suggested Use
Loading: Mix 1 level scoop (5 g) into water and consume immediately, four times daily for the first 7 days, then continue with 1 level scoop (5 g) daily. Without loading: Mix 1 level scoop (5 g) into water and consume immediately, once daily. Take as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Declared free from gluten, dairy, soy protein, corn and sulfites, and suitable for vegans. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Warnings
Do not use if the pouch is torn. Not to be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, worsen or change unexpectedly, consult your healthcare professional.
