Description
Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime is a gentle herbal tea blend built on chamomile, spearmint and lemongrass, with tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, hawthorn and rosebuds woven through. It brews into a fragrant, herbal cup that is lovely on its own or lightly sweetened. The box holds 20 tea bags: steep one in a cup of freshly boiled water for 4 to 6 minutes and enjoy.

Suggested Use
Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Pour 1 cup water over a tea bag in a cup. Steep 4 to 6 minutes and remove bag. Sweeten if desired and enjoy.
