Description
Simply Natural Oils Castor Oil Ointment is a rich, thick balm for skin that needs more than a lotion can give. Castor oil is blended into a base of apricot kernel oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and beeswax, which sets firm in the jar and melts on contact with the skin. Smooth a little over dry, rough or weather exposed hands, elbows, knees, heels and cuticles whenever you want a heavier, longer lasting layer than a moisturiser leaves behind.

- 80 g screw top jar.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Dry or rough skin on the hands, elbows, knees, heels and cuticles.
Not suitable for: Anyone allergic to apricot kernel, shea butter, cocoa or bee products.
For external use only. Keep it away from the eyes, and do not apply it to broken skin.
Ingredients
- Castor oil.
- Apricot kernel oil.
- Cocoa butter.
- Organic shea butter.
- Beeswax.
The castor oil proportion is printed on the jar.
Suggested Use
Warm a small amount between the fingers and smooth it over clean, dry skin, working it in until it disappears. Because it is a heavy balm, a little covers a lot. Many people prefer to use it at night on hands and feet.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and keep the lid closed. The balm softens in warm weather and firms again as it cools.
Disclaimer
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and rinse with water if contact occurs. Patch test on a small area before first use if your skin is easily irritated, and stop using it if irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Allergens
Contains apricot kernel oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and beeswax. Shea butter is pressed from a tree nut and apricot kernel is a stone fruit kernel, so avoid it if you react to either. Beeswax makes it unsuitable for vegans. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
