REGO Rapid Recovery

SiS REGO Rapid Recovery is a soya protein and carbohydrate drink powder that you mix into water after training. Along with soya protein isolate and maltodextrin it adds L-leucine and a vitamin and mineral blend. It comes in a 500 g pouch or a 1.5 kg tub, each in Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry.

Suggested Use

Use REGO Rapid Recovery Powder within 30-minutes after exercise to achieve maximum recovery benefits. Simply add 50g of powder (approximately three full scoops) to 500ml of water in a shaker bottle and shake well to achieve a smooth consistency. Avoid mixing with milk as it will slow down the rate of absorption.
