Description
Rappd Lightweight Speed Rope is a 3 m skipping rope with a thin, light cord built for fast turnover, including double unders. The cord can be shortened to suit your height, and the whole rope packs flat and weighs almost nothing, so it slips into a gym bag, a suitcase or a desk drawer. Pull it out for a warm up, a conditioning block or a few quick rounds in the park.
Product Strengths
- A skipping rope for warm ups, conditioning rounds and training away from a gym.
- Light cord for fast turnover, including double unders.
- 3 m of cord, which can be shortened to suit your height.
- Packs flat and weighs almost nothing, so it travels easily.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults skipping at home, in a gym, in a park or while travelling.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the cord or handle materials, which Rappd does not publish; children without supervision; use on abrasive surfaces such as bitumen or bare concrete, which wear a light cord out quickly.
Suggested Use
Stand on the middle of the cord and set the length so the handles reach roughly to the armpits, then skip on a smooth, level surface with room overhead and to the sides.
Warnings
This is training equipment, not a medical device. It is not intended to prevent, treat, manage or rehabilitate an injury. Check the stitching, straps and closures before each session and stop using the item if it is worn or damaged.
Storage
Coil loosely rather than folding the cord, and store away from direct heat and sunlight.
Disclaimer
Training equipment is used at your own risk. Warm up, use a load you can control and ask a qualified coach if you are unsure of your technique. If you have an injury or a joint problem, talk to a health professional.
