MTHFR Clinical Total Methyl B is a hard capsule holding eight B group vitamins, with folate as levomefolate calcium and vitamin B12 as mecobalamin, alongside B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and biotin. The capsule shell is hypromellose, and each pack holds 60 capsules. Take one capsule daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Product Strengths

Eight B group vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin, folate and B12.
Folate as levomefolate calcium, equiv. levomefolic acid 400 micrograms.
Vitamin B12 as mecobalamin, 400 micrograms.
A hypromellose capsule, 60 capsules per pack.
One capsule daily with water.

Each capsule contains calcium pantothenate 196.5 mg, equiv. pantothenic acid 180 mg; nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 130 mg; thiamine hydrochloride 63.6 mg, equiv. thiamine 50 mg; riboflavin sodium phosphate; pyridoxal 5-phosphate 23.5 mg, equiv. pyridoxine 15 mg; levomefolate calcium 433 micrograms, equiv. levomefolic acid 400 micrograms; mecobalamin (vitamin B12) 400 micrograms; and biotin 500 micrograms.

In a vegetarian hypromellose capsule.
