Description
The Gaiam Ultimate Foot & Body Massager is a small, textured rubber massage ball that fits neatly in the palm of your hand. Roll it underfoot or over your hands, forearms and calves, and the raised surface focuses the pressure into a smaller area than a smooth ball can. It is light enough to keep in a bag or under your desk, ready whenever you want it. It is made from rubber and contains latex.
Product Strengths
- Small textured massage ball for the feet, hands, arms and legs.
- Raised surface focuses pressure into a smaller area.
- Palm sized, so it packs into a bag or sits under a desk.
- Made from rubber. Contains latex.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Anyone who wants a small textured ball to roll underfoot or over the hands and legs at home, at a desk or while travelling.
Not suitable for: Anyone with a latex allergy, because this massager contains latex; use over broken, irritated or injured skin; and children, unless an adult is supervising.
Suggested Use
Place the massager under a foot or against the hand, arm or leg and roll slowly, letting your own weight set the pressure. Work gently and stop if it is uncomfortable.
Warnings
Rubber. Contains latex. Natural rubber latex is a recognised contact allergen. Do not use this massager if you have a latex allergy.
Work gently and stop if it is uncomfortable. Do not use it over broken, irritated or injured skin, over a joint that is swollen, or anywhere you have been told not to apply pressure.
Keep it off hard floors where it can roll underfoot, and out of reach of young children.
Storage
Wipe the massager clean after use and store it dry, away from direct sunlight and heat.
