Edible Beauty Microbiome Calming Milk is a light emulsion that slips into your routine after cleansing, before a moisturiser or facial oil. Aloe vera leaf juice replaces water as the base, carrying yacon root juice, Lactobacillus and Lactococcus ferment lysate with ectoin, snow mushroom, magnolia bark, hemp seed oil and Davidson plum seed oil. It is scented with seven essential oils and comes in a 30 mL bottle, a light milk that is easy to layer.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For

Suitable for: Dry or easily reddened skin, used as a light layer before a heavier cream.

Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone sensitive to fragrance, because it contains citronellol, geraniol, limonene and linalool and the formula carries seven essential oils; anyone who is pregnant, because rosemary and peppermint oils are commonly cautioned in pregnancy; anyone concerned about phototoxicity, because it contains bergamot peel oil and some grades of bergamot oil are phototoxic; anyone sensitive to the daisy family, because safflower is an Asteraceae; and anyone avoiding hemp.

Suggested Use

Smooth a small amount over cleansed skin, morning or night, and follow with a moisturiser or a facial oil if your skin wants one.
