Description
These are Australian grown sunflower kernels, grown spray free and activated: a long soak in Mindful Foods' own kombucha with filtered water and Australian rock salt, then twelve hours of drying below 60 degrees Celsius. Nothing is roasted, so the kernels stay pale and taste clean and nutty with a light savoury finish rather than the toasted note of a pan roast. Scatter them over soups, salads, curries and roasted vegetables, stir them through porridge and grain bowls, or eat them by the handful.

Suggested Use
