2Die4 Activated Organic Pepitas are hulled pumpkin seeds soaked in filtered water with sea salt and then dried again, so they stay crisp without being roasted or oiled. There are just three ingredients, pepitas at 99 per cent, filtered water and sea salt, with 7.3 g of protein in a 30 g serve. Scatter them over salads, soups and porridge, stir them through bread dough, or eat them by the handful.
