Fuel & Electrolyte Complex 1.5g: Goji Berry Powder (Organic), Coconut Water Powder (Organic), Beetroot (Organic), Licorice Root (Organic); Strength and Hormone Complex 1g: Tribulus (Organic), Mucuna Pruriens (Organic), Sarsaparilla (Organic), Damiana Leaf (Wildcrafted); Power and Endurance Complex 1g: Korean Ginseng (Organic), Siberian Ginseng (Organic), Brazilian Ginseng — Suma (Wildcrafted), Tienchi Ginseng; Flavour Complex 1.5g: Yumberry Juice Powder, Natural Apple, Stevia (Organic).
Directions for Use
Mix 1–2 tablespoons (5–10g) with juice, a smoothie, or water, 1 hour before and during exercise. For best results, add 1–2 tablespoons to boiling water and allow to steep. Alternatively, soak 1–2 tablespoons overnight in water and consume in the morning, throughout the day, and/or during your workout. For peak performance, increase to 4 tablespoons (20g).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Cautions
Do not take late at night. If you are a regular coffee drinker or weigh more than 100kg, you may need to increase the serving size.
