SuperFeast Chaga is a single ingredient extract powder made from Inonotus obliquus, the chaga mushroom, which grows on the bark of living birch trees. It is dual extracted with both hot water and alcohol, so the water soluble and alcohol soluble parts both end up in the powder, then concentrated at 10:1. Stir a quarter to half a teaspoon into hot water, coffee, plant milk, a smoothie or a broth for a dark, earthy, slightly bitter cup, and choose the 1 kg bag if you drink it every day.

Nothing else is added. The 10:1 ratio means 10 kg of dried mushroom is used to make 1 kg of powder.

Suggested Use
